Who is Diane Bossom?
My name is Diane Bossom and I live in Texas. I have 2 grown and moved away kids, 3 grandkids, 3 grandpups, and 2 dogs (who have not grown up, married, or moved away). I am a freelance designer, author, and educator specializing in sergers and sewing machine arts.
When I got my first serger, I serged everything with the white thread that was on it when I took it out of the box. I wasn't about to take out the thread. I still have a blouse made from a beautiful maroon fabric, and it was serged with white thread!
I decided that this little machine wasn't going to get the best of me, so I began to learn everything about it that I could. Teaching fell into my lap as a result of my new obsession. My hobby turned into a career.
I love to travel, especially in the Four Corners area. My current passion is visiting ancient Native American ruins. I love Native American music and art. I plan to add a page that contains some of my favorite artwork.
I love to visit with my grandkids and grandpups. They are what makes life complete.
Please leave me a note in my GUESTBOOK or email me at sergerplace@gmail.com.
