"SergeArt" is a term I use to refer to Wearable Art embellished totally or
in part by using a serger. It distinguishes my wearable classes from other
technique or project oriented classes.
It is also the title of a book I have written, SergeArt - Wearable Art for the
Creative Serger, available through Krause Publications. It
contains instructions for the garments that I designed to teach in class
settings, photos of garments made in classes, and many variations. The
techniques are simple using a 2/3/4, 3/4, or 5 thread serger. The instructions
are generic and apply to any brand of serger.
The Las Vegas Jacket shown on the cover also appeared in Pfaff Club
Magazine #17.
